What is the Agent Nanny Share scheme?

Agent Nanny has a unique sharing scheme whereby you can share the cost of a nanny with another family.

So how does it work then?

Where would the nanny be based?

One of our nannies would be based at either one of your houses and deal with their day to day needs as you wish, the location can change between your home if necessary.

How much holiday is required and is it paid?

A nanny working 4 (four) days per week or more would expect the statutory 4 weeks paid holiday per year. Anything above this is at the employers discretion. The time at which this 4 week period is taken between the nanny and the employer. For a nanny working less than 4 days per week i.e. 1, 2 or 3 days, 2 (two) weeks is a reasonable period of paid holiday depending on how many days they are working.
